1. Views: It's basically a walk thru the woods with educational signs along the way. If you want to learn about the history of Browns Mill and the animals that you might encounter during your hike this is the place for you.
2. Cost: There is no cost for parking or using the trails at Brown's Mill.
3. Bathrooms: There is a very nice clean bathroom at the head of the trail.
4. How long is the hike?: about 2 1/2 miles
5. Gift Shop: No Gift shop or visitor center. There is a nice area for a pick nick if you bring your own lunch.
6. Wheelchair and stroller access?: The trail is flat and well maintained but it is a bit bumpy for wheels. It's apparently good for mountain bikes though.
7. Maps and markers: The trails are easy to follow and well maintained. The trail map is on a bulletin board by the pick nick area. I love the all trails app. on my phone. Try it out.
8. Kid and dog friendly?: Yes for both.
9. Is there a uniqueness about the park?: No, other then being a historical area and having educational markers (and other parks can say the same) it was very much your typical park.
10. Was it worthwhile?: I'm not sure. If you want an educational hike or a nice running path
thru the woods this is perfect. If you want a pretty view on your hike (like I do) then it's
not special and you can most likely find somewhere better that's closer.
