The good the bad and the buggy. A short review of the park.
The good things about this park is it has a lot of great amenities and is a great place for a free work out. Also except for the cars bringing kids to their games the roads are mostly car free and there isn't much traffic, almost none on week days. The bad things about this park is that its walking trail doesn't have a good map and has no markers or signs at all. You can however just walk the perimeter of the park and it has sidewalks around most of the fields. the buggy I’m a bug’s favorite chew toy so how much did they love me? Not at all. yeah!
What Kind of Park is this? It's a ball park and recreation center with lots of amenities.
1. The parks views: Trees and grass and lots of ball parks and open fields.
2. The Parks cost: it's free
3. The Parks bathrooms: It has 3 bathroom houses but some or all might be closed if there are no ball games planned. This is not a worry though because there is a Waffle House and a public library both within easy walking distance.
4. How long is the hike? The hike or walk was about 1 mile. I went 1.15 miles because I was looking for the path.
5. The parks shopping and souvenirs: Answer is There is a family dollar, a Walgreens and a pharmacy nearby that you could most likely find something in.
6. Does the park have wheelchair and stroller access? Yes, it has paved sidewalks around the ball parks and wheelchair access from the parking areas.
7. How helpful are the parks maps and markers? None at all.
8. Is the park kid and dog friendly? Answer is Yes There are several designated areas for doggie clean up stations and you could play frizz bee golf with your dog or just leave the golf part out of the game. There are also lots of ball parks and a play ground so definitely a great place to bring the kids.
9. Is there good internet service? Yes there is
10. Was it worthwhile? Yes!

Recreation Center Building, Senior Center, Art Center, Expo Center, Football fields, Baseball fields, Pitching cages, Covered Pick nick area, Frizz bee golf area, Playground, Exercise Stations for sit up rowing etc., Dog clean up stations and lots of parking.
12. Was there tent, cabin and RV camping? Nope this is not that kind of park.
13. Places nearby to eat? Waffle House, Subway, Hardees and if you like smoothies or mixed juice drinks Arden's Garden is the place for you!

15. How safe was the park? I felt completely safe and there is no water safety worries for young kids. Also because the traffic in the park is parents bringing there kids to ball games people drive slow and watch for children.
