The Parks web page says: Drake field is a beautiful 4 acre park on Lake Peachtree located next to The Peachtree City Library and City Hall. Enjoy a picnic, fly a kite, or launch your kayak from the shores of Lake Peachtree. Many special events take place at Drake Field, and the pavilion is available for rentals. The good, the bad, and the buggy, a short review of the park.

The good thing about this park is that it has just beautiful views of Lake Spivey.

The bad thing about this park is goose poop everywhere.

The buggy I’m a bug’s favorite chew toy so how much did they love me? They were sure buzzing around annoying me but I didn't get any bites.

What Kind of Park is this? A community park

1. The Parks views: A great view of the lake and fountain, and there are plenty of geese, birds and squirrels to give you that chill vibe we all need.

2. The Parks cost: Free

3. The Parks bathrooms: Answer is The park is right next to the Library and it has a bathroom but the park its self doesn't.

4. How long is the hike? A quarter of a mile

5. The parks shopping and souvenirs: Answer is Just pictures and pine cones and maybe a goose feather if you have hand wipes in the car.

6. Does the park have wheelchair and stroller access? Yes the path is very smooth. It would also be great for roller skating or skate boarding.

7. How helpful are the parks maps and markers? They aren't needed because the whole path is paved and the lawn and area around it is very nicely landscaped.

8. Is the park kid and dog friendly? Yes!

9. Was there a uniqueness to the park? Yes, the lake is one of the most beautiful in Georgia.

10. Was it worthwhile? Yes

13. Places nearby to eat? Everyplace you might want to go is relatively close by

15. How safe was the park? Very safe, but as always remember caution around water.

16. Is the park maintained well? Yes, it is one of the best maintained parks I've been to.

18. What would I have brought or left behind if I hiked this trail again?

Answer is You don't need anything but water, however you may want to stop at the library after your walk to use the bathroom and AC if nothing else.

The trails spirit animal is selected by any animal I see at the park or on my way to the park. I find that looking for the day’s spirit animal makes my hike more fun and reminds me to stop and enjoy the beauty of my journey. Today’s spirit animal is:
