3.5 Laps = 1 Mile
This is a mostly paved loop around the park. This is a pretty looking park with a picnic pavilion and play ground. I was pleasantly excited when I first arrived at the park until I got to the sign for the park rules and the no pets allowed sign. The rules sign besides saying 3.5 laps = 1 mile, tells you that no bikes, roller skates, or skateboards are allowed. Also no surprise no alcohol is allowed, but the next part got my attention! Visitors are "not allowed in creek due to poisonous snakes". Also the park is "monitored by undercover security". Meaning to me someone could claim to be security who isn't. So it's a kind of come at your own risk and enjoy our park if you dare kind of sign. I had brought my dog so didn't get to see what else the park may have had to recommend it. Honestly after reading the signs I took my dog back to the car and went on to the Bud Kelley Park near by. I highly recommend my second stop! It has everything!

6. Does the park have wheelchair and stroller access? Yes
7. How helpful are the parks maps and markers?
They are not needed the path is easy to see and follow.
8. Is the park kid and dog friendly? Kids yes, no dogs allowed.
9. Was there a uniqueness to the park? No
10. Was it worthwhile? Not for me, no dogs allowed and almost 4 laps to get a mile. Plus poisonous snakes by the creek. I'm sure the snakes don't know they aren't allowed on other parts of the park. Not to mention the possibility of undercover security.
