A short review of the park.
The Parks web page says: Parking. Pets Allowed. Restrooms. Wifi. Wheelchair Accessible. The pavilion at Ray Park, was presented to the City of Newnan in February 1891 by Lavender R. Ray in honor of his father, John Ray, a pioneer citizen. The pavilion was located on Spring Street across from the end of Hollis Heights. A granite marker commemorating the gift was presented to Newnan in the 1950s by Mrs. Eli A. Thomas (Ruby Felder Ray) of Atlanta, daughter of Lavender R. Ray.

Yes, It has a relaxing feel to it, and it's really pretty
